No previous experience with horses or yoga is necessary to participate. You won't be riding; all the work is done from the ground. Even if you think you might be a bit afraid of horses, you may be surprised at the insights you can experience working with a horse from a distance. We stress safety for horses and humans, and everyone gets to choose to what extent he or she wants to participate.
